She is an ardent educator with three decades of experience spanning across academic, research, and administrative domains, possessing excellent skills to maintain high standards of achievement, behaviour, discipline, and punctuality; and organizing, implementing, and monitoring academic programmes and developmental activities for students and faculty. Her strengths include developing immersive, experiential curricula, observing and evaluating students’ progress, and creating favourable learning environments for learners. She has been a proven catalyst in conducting various workshops, seminars, FDPs, and conferences. She possesses expertise in designing and implementing new courses and curricula, ameliorating revenues, and developing new infrastructures. She possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills with abilities in complex stakeholder and people management.
She is an esteemed academician, having the distinction of being associated with important professional associations such as the Indian Society for Training and Development and the Bhopal Management Association. Before joining St. Francis Institute of Management & Research, Dr. Sinha was associated with Technocrats Institute of Technology (MBA), Bhopal, as Director. The T.I.T. MBA has achieved many milestones during her tenure. Before this, she served few renowned management institutes as a programme leader /HOD such as Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research, Mumbai, Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, Mumbai , NRI Institute of information Science & Technology-MBA, Bhopal . In past ,she has also been associated with C. Rajagopalachari Institute of Mgmt. (UTD) B.U. ,Bhopal, B.M. Ruia Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Mumbai and M.D. Shah College of Arts & Commerce, Malad, Bombay .She gained excellent international exposure as Program Leader-International Program for the International Collaborative Undergraduate Programme of the Fox School of Business, Temple University, USA, and the International Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programme of Lancaster University Management School, U.K., at the Welingkar Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai. She is often invited in the capacity of keynote speaker, guest of honour, guest speaker, etc. at various conferences, seminars, workshops, etc. Dr. Sinha is also a former member of the University Selection Committee at Barkatullah University. She was a Member of Ad-hoc Board of Studies in Management and has contributed significantly towards the syllabus revision in the area of Management. She is a recognised guide for Ph.D. students in the subject of management studies and an external examiner and referee for M.Phil. and Ph.D. students at renowned business schools.

Prof Dr. G Ramesh, an alumnus of IIM Indore, holds Post Graduate degrees in Science (M.Sc.) and Business Administration (MBA), Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource (PGDHRM) and Master-in-Philosophy (M Phil) and Ph.D. in Marketing. G Ramesh is also UGC NET qualified and has undergone the Executive Education Program at IIM Indore. G Ramesh is an Industry veteran in the field of Defense PR/Marketing and is currently in the higher management education and together has around 30 years of service. Prof Dr. G Ramesh is currently a Full Professor and Programme Head of MMS/MBA programme at St Francis Institute of Management and Research (SFIMAR). He is also currently holding the additional responsibilities of Deputy Director of SFIMAR and Head- SFIMAR PhD Research Center under University of Mumbai. G Ramesh is awarded with the Chief of Air Staff (C.A.S), Indian Air Force and AOC-in-C, Western Air Command, Indian Air Force.

Brief Profile
For me, teaching is a passion and a tremendous responsibility. Teaching is continuous learning with adaptation of new methods and styles so that the cram of the subject is understood well by the students. He has done his MMS in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune in 1992.
He joined teaching in 1995 at Swami Ramanand Teertha University, Nanded as a ‘Lecturer’. He cleared SET in 1995 following which he moved to ‘College of Materials Management’, Jabalpur – an institute run by the Indian Army, as a ‘Senior Lecturer’. He completed his PhD in 2001 from ‘Rani Durgavati Vishwa Vidyalaya’, Jabalpur.
Thereafter he moved to Mumbai as a ‘Reader’ at ‘N.L. Dalmia Institute of Management’. He was later promoted to the rank of ‘Professor’ in 2006. He worked for a total of ten years at this institute from 2001 to 2011. From 2011 to 2021, he had been working as a Founding Director at ‘Sheila Raheja School of Business Management and Research’. He then joined as ‘Director’ at PTVA’s Institute of Management, Mumbai>
Currently he is working as an Associate Professor at St. Francis Institute of Management and Research.
Dr. Wagh has been involved in academics for over 26 years. He is also a recognized PhD guide and has successfully guided 6 students to the award of PhD. He has conducted various management development programmes and is well known for his role as a researcher and trainer in the Mumbai region. He has about 30 research papers to his credit in well-known publications like SCOPUS and ABDC and has also written a textbook on Marketing. He has identified ‘ Pharmaceutical Marketing’ as his research area.
